Team Leader of Quality Management

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a German based, leader in Semiconductors and sensors primarily in the Automotive industry.

Our client is looking for an independent and structured Team Leader of Quality Management to be responsible for setting up a fairly new Quality department for a smaller business unit with the company.

Reporting line – General Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the design of the INS and the processes according to IATF16949 as part of the management
• Management and further development of employees with regard to quality assurance methods and tools
• Focus on active problem prevention not just operational problem-solving
• Management of quality projects and implementation of audits
• Responsible for operational quality management
• Processing customer and supplier complaints
• Initiation of measures in the event of complaints with elimination of the causes of the error (8D report)

Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering such as electrical engineering or Mechatronics/similar and any additional qualification in the field of quality management would be welcomed
• Several years of professional experience and quality management in a manufacturing company ideally in the automotive supply industry
• Sound knowledge of integrated management systems (IMS), DIN EN ISO 9001, ideally also IATF 16949
• Ability to work independently, structured and process orientated
• High degree of initiative, assertiveness, and a goal/solution orientated way of working
