Service Sales Manager

MasterSearch are currently working with a German based, global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem.

Our client is looking for a full time Sales Account Manager supporting the PRO Enhancements for their customer’s mature/legacy equipment in CEBU. For this role travel will be required (~40%).

Main responsibilities:

• Sell and manage the Pro Enhancements upgrades for all tools & customers within the region
• Identifies and develops new business opportunities
• Builds and develops customer relations
• Meet objectives and frequently reports dashboards on opportunities and business results
• Ensures sales activity is positively reflected in customer satisfaction
• Collaborates with customers, new tool sales and service teams to come up with best solutions for all parties

Profile:

• Proven experience in the semiconductor industry and/or a Service based sales role
• Bachelor degree is a must, Master is a plus
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Good strategic selling skills, analytic capability, and ability to close deals within acceptable boundaries.
• Build strong customer relationships, work closely with the customer to understand their problems and create a superior customer experience
• Strategic and forward thinker who is proactive, energetic and performance driven
• Ability to build and develop customer relation is key in this role

Languages:

Fluent in English is a must, German language is a bonus
