Senior Sales Manager – 3D Printing DACH

MasterSearch are currently working with a world leader within 3D printing who are at the forefront of the 3D printing innovation creating solutions that are shaping the world around us.

Our client is looking for a technical, customer focused Senior Sales Manager to be responsible for 3d Printing machine sales across the DACH region.

Reporting line – Head of Sales for Additive Manufacturing

Main responsibilities:

• To maximise sales in the region with a focus on hardware sales, but also including materials and service sales
• Acquisition of new customers in the segments of design, engineering and manufacturing
• Define target markets and target clients as well as identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders
• Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximise sales and deliver accurate forecasts
• Support of existing customers by generating revenue through cross sell an up-sell activities
• Support of channel business in all sounds related topics
• Supporting lead acquisition

Profile:

• Completed degree in a technical topic
• Several years of professional experience in sales of 3D printing / additive manufacturing machinery
• Proven experience in a solution driven sales environment
• Strong organisation, planning, and project management skills
• Self motivated and a highly collaborative team player
• Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimum guidance
• Able to travel frequently to customers across the DACH region

Fluent in German and English
