Senior Sales Manager

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a leading manufacturer of semiconductor equipment for the Deposition process and others.

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, a real team player with the goal to develop, build and maintain senior-level relationships internally and externally with target customers and key partners.

Reporting line – Head of Sales

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell company products and services including maintaining and expanding sales to existing accounts as well as developing new customers
  • Generate accurate and comprehensive forecasts
  • Develop strategic account plans and tactics to expand business and support revenue growth in line with corporate and regional targets
  • Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities with customers
  • Lead and orchestrate the engagements and relationship building amongst the different stakeholders within the company and customers to meet defined objectives
  • Report on business development progress and target achievement
  • Guide and organise a team of technical experts

Profile:

  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to expand our market share in the existing European Semiconductor market
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills and team player
  • Strong Sales and account management experience in the semiconductor industry. Manufacturing equipment sales is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills to capture customer requirements, understand dynamics on cross-functional basis and identify appropriate solutions
  • Willingness to travel to different parts of the world (depending on the account needs)
