Senior Sales Engineer – France

MasterSearch are currently working with a world leader within 3D printing who are at the forefront of the 3D printing innovation creating solutions that are shaping the world around us.

Our client is looking for a technical, customer focused Sales Engineer to be responsible for the French region with a focus on Material sales as well as hardware sales.

Reporting line – General Manager Materials

Main responsibilities:

• Maximise sales in the region with a focus on materials
• Support of channel business in all sales related topics, including implementing the annual materials business plan as defined and agreed with channel managers
• Actively win new business from existing customers as well as business development with the new customers across the region
• Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximise sales and deliver accurate forecasts
• Support of existing customers, by generating revenue through cross sell and upsell activities
• Development of user stories
• Deliver an accurate forecast and report as required by the management team

Profile:

• Completed degree in a technical topic
• Several years of professional experience in sales within the 3D printing / additive manufacturing industry, ideally experience with materials
• Proven experience in a solution driven sales environment
• A strong background in business development
• Strong organisation, planning, and project management skills
• Self motivated and a highly collaborative team player
• Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimum guidance
• Able to travel frequently to customers across France, around 50% of the time
