Sales Engineer – BeNeLux

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a globally leading automation company with excellent solution experience as a systems provider.

Our client is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Inside Sales Engineer to be responsible for customers across the Be Ne Lux for drive elements for mechanical drive technology.

Reporting line – Head of Sales Europe

Main responsibilities:

  • Building new customers and strengthening the relationships with existing customers
  • Building a long-term partnership
  • Develop in the market, based on market analysis including competition overview
  • Increasing turnover with collaborating parties
  • Understand what the customer wants to achieve and translate the customer needs into a technical solution together with a team of experts
  • Works together with the sales office and technical experts in Austria

Profile:

  • Completed studies in a technical topic, ideally Software Engineering, industrial automation, Mechanical engineering related (but not a must)
  • Ideally knowledge of the mechanical drive technology industry for drive elements or components
  • Ability to collaborate with multilingual teams with the various departments in an international environment
  • Able to work independently and be proactive
  • Ability and want to continue learning and growing within the career
  • Willing to travel around 20 to 30% of the time across the region

Languages:

Fluent in Dutch, English and ideally French
