Sales & Account Manager Europe

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a German based, leader in Semiconductors and sensors used primarily in the Automotive industry.

Our client is looking for a self-driven Sales Account Manager to work across Europe with Tier 1 and OEM customers across Europe.

Reporting line – Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of customer projects and new customers as well as continued growth of existing contacts
  • Technical and commercial advice to customers beyond the start of series production
  • Technical clarification of the application requirements on site and development of first conceptual solution proposals
  • Quotation creation and tracking, contract review and negotiations with customers as well as forecast planning and reporting
  • Coordination of the activities necessary for the product launch in close coordination with the project managers
  • Competitor monitoring and determination of customer and market potential

Profile:

  • University degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualification
  • Strong sales experience in the automotive industry, experience in automotive and or electronics/semiconductors key account management
  • Ideally good product knowledge in the areas of electronic assemblies, sensors or semiconductors
  • Willingness to innovate, be reliability and the ability to work in the team

Languages:

Fluent in English, German would be a bonus
