Sales Account Manager – Austria

MasterSearch are currently working with a global leading electrical, automotive and power management company with over 85,000 employees globally and with customers in more than 150 countries.

Our client is looking for a self-driven Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Account Manager to be responsible for Industrial buildings (Stadiums, Shopping centres, Logistic centres, etc.) / Large electrical companies with a focus across Austria.

Reporting line – Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

• Creation and development of a network of planner contacts and selected end-users (developers, Architects, decision makers, etc.)
• Ordination of projects for commercial and industrial buildings over the entire project life cycle
• Market, trend and customer analysis as well as ongoing market observation
• Presentation of the company product portfolio and company planning and configuration tools
• To develop customer solutions for the applications of the planning offices together with the technical specialists

Profile:

• University degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification such as general technical training, electrical engineering apprenticeship or HTL
• Experience with an electrical product portfolio
• Proven sales experience with a technical focus
• Ideally experience in planning support in a technical company
• To have an understanding of project development, planning and tendering processes
• Experience with tendering tools and platforms
• Project management knowledge

Fluent in German and English
