Sales Account Manager

MasterSearch is currently working with the European subsidiary of one of the world’s leading manufacturer of High tech equipment for the semiconductor and electrical industries.

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to strengthen their existing team.

Reporting line – General Sales Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable customer service to both new and existing customer of the company by having, regular customer visits to the existing clients and building relationships with new customers also
• In-depth technical and commercial consulting from process development to contract conclusion for new processes
• Extensive technical and commercial support of existing processes
• Preparation of quotations, negotiation and coordination of projects up to acceptance
• Support of customers during company visits in Munich
• Coordination and personal support of process trials in Munich and at the global headquarters
• Intensive cooperation with the headquarters regarding process and machine specifications

Profile:

• Very good technical understanding based on a successfully completed degree in the Industrial Engineering or the fields of mechanical or electrical engineering
• Joy of communication, high self-motivation and independent way of working
• Enthusiasm for sales and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• First hand experience in the sale of capital goods is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams

Languages:

Good command of written and spoken English and German is ideal
