Sales Account Manager

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a is a leading manufacturer of automatic test equipment (ATE) for the semiconductor industry who are in search for a Sales Account Manager for Europe.

 

Reporting line – Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities to obtain a maximum in efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial results
  • Keep abreast with sales trends and market development. Adapt and implement necessary actions in consensus with Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Contribute as a member of the team to the overall goals of our company
  • Cooperate with the company world-wide to support the development and implementation of global solutions
  • Participate in regular sales meetings
  • Foster and improve internal and external communication
  • Observe working environment and provide suggestions for improvements
  • Act in a cost-minded manner
  • Provide professional reporting by means of weekly sales reports, rolling forecast etc.
  • Actively support designed customers by regular customer visits, presentations, negotiations etc.
  • Increase sales by both enhancing business with existing customers and opening new accounts
  • Meet sales and order input targets
  • Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments and closely cooperate with Customer Engineering and System-/Application Engineering in order to meet customer demands for specific applications or special non-standard configurations
  • Close cooperation with Sales Support and Technical Product Support / Marketing

Profile:

  • Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing/Automation or similar
  • Relevant semiconductor experience preferable in the ATE business
  • Proven experience of program or complex project management
  • Capable of cross-cultural leadership activities
  • Business-minded Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Motivational and organizational skills
  • Communicative and team-oriented
  • Self-motivated and open personality
  • Ready to travel frequently in Europe and Asia

Languages:

Fluent in German and English is ideal but not a must
