Quality Manager

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a leading value-added provider of Electrical / Electronic components as well as System Solutions across a variety of exciting industries such as; HMI, Embedded Systems, Wireless Technologies, Power Supply, Power Electronics, Energy Storage and Signal management.

Our client is looking for a versatile, structured Quality Manager to help create and implement Quality processes and procedures as well as lead internal and external audits.

Reporting line – Head of Quality

Main responsibilities:

• Supervision of quality management ISO 9001
• Creation and monitoring of processes
• Support of the departments in process development
• Execution and support of internal and external audits
• Maintenance of QM web model (ViFlow) and training of employees on quality management topics
• Maintaining the company’s ISO certification in recertification and repeat audits
• Prospectively taking over the role of quality management for the group of companies
• Creating and conducting employee training on safety, quality and Hygiene standards
• Creation of QM report and management reviews

Profile:

• Completed technical training (preferably Electrical Engineering or similar)
• Training or further education to become a quality management or comparable would be a bonus
• Proven experience in Quality management/quality assurance as well as auditing experience is desirable
• Occupational health and safety is a plus
• Independent work and assertiveness as well as ability to work as a team
• Enjoy working in a varied environment and an internationally oriented company

Languages:

Fluent in English and a good level of German
