Quality Engineer

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a World Leading Semiconductor Firm.  Our client is looking for a Quality Engineer with strong communication skills to join their Global team.  The role will be responsible for quality management system, process improvement and product testing.

Reporting line – Reporting to the Quality Manger

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain/mange/develop Quality Management System
• Conduct internal audits to measure and ensure adherence to established QA standards and business processes
• Mange and develop quality requirements and related quality tools (CAQ)
• Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System according to applicable standard
• Plan and guide external audits/assessments (3rd party and customer audits)
• Act as an interface to other functions within the organization
• Develop/implement methods to understand and evaluate process risks and how to mitigate them
• Drive related process improvements to methodology, test conditions and failure analysis
• Support technical failure analysis and customer FA reports
• Manage reliability testing program.

Profile:

• Engineer (Master) or FH degree (Bachelor)
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Quality Management System based on various standard such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, preferably MIL/AS 9100 with 3-5 years in similar industry and quality management systems
• Proven experience for managing various quality functions and team
• Advance knowledge of quality and statistic tools
• Basic understanding for industrial and Mil standards for reliability testing (IEC, MIL etc.)
• Good Knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel, MS Office, ERP systems.
• Preferable with Quality assurance systems trainings such as APQP, FMEA, 8D method, internal auditor, problem solving.
