Project Coordinator – Design

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a German based leader in Semiconductors and sensors,  used primarily in the Automotive industry.

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their design team, managing projects in the fields of EDA tool evaluation and application.

Reporting line – Head of Project Management

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and budgeting of projects according to the requirements of the company, taking into account the performance of internal/external contractors
• Contact person for external contractors for the projects
• Coordination of design projects in the fields of EDA tool evaluation and application, further development of the design methodology, hardware and software development or verification by 3rd-party contractors or internal and external preliminary development
• Responsible for compliance with content, costs and deadlines
• Supporting the project development teams in integrating internal/external services into product development planning
• Supporting the department management with organizational and commercial issues and tasks, such as budget and investment planning and review

Profile:

• Several years of experience in project management of development projects in the automotive sector, preferably in the field of microelectronics or integrated semiconductors
• Completed studies in electrical engineering, technical computer science or, if necessary, physics
• Technical understanding and business approach
• Independence, high level of commitment, efficient communication and good assertiveness

Languages:

Fluent in English and a good level of German
