Program Manager

MasterSearch are currently working with a world leading provider of Automation provider across the Global Semiconductor manufacturing industry with a focus at Wafer level.

Our client is looking for a program manager to lead and coordinate cross functional team and be responsible for delivering high-quality, well documented product solutions that meet and exceed the needs of the client.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead a cross functional team (that may include the following disciplines: design engineering, product management, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing and test engineering, materials, planning, quality, document control, service, finance and outsourced contract manufacturing partners)
• Lead a cross functional team in developing a comprehensive project plans (scope, product and project cost, schedule and performance
• Managers overall project plan of large cross functional projects and/or programs including optimising the plan by negotiating content based on priorities, risk, resources, budget and timeframe constraints
• Lead team to deliver on all development milestones and checklist items
• Leads development phase gate discussions and activities
• Ensures that all project resource requirements are met
• Create and maintain project risk management plan
• Tracks realise performance, adjusting to align with shifting priorities and reporting to senior management
• Develop solutions to remove project roadblocks

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in a technical discipline
• Experience in a project management role involving tactical coordination of a technological product
• Proven ability to manage multiple or highly complex programs and have a successful track record of delivery from concept to commercialisation
• Familiarity ISO 9001 quality environments or similar
• Familiarity with common industrial product regulatory compliance regulations such as CE, ROHS, REACH, NRTL, copy exact, etc
• Strong with project management industry standard practices
• Well organised with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills

Languages:

Fluent in English, any German skills would be a bonus
