Logistics Planner

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a global leader in automation and vacuum solutions for a wide range of product groups for the Semiconductor industry.

Our client is looking for an highly organised and experienced Logistics Planner that can hit the ground running and blend into their team seamlessly.

Reporting line – Director of Customer Service and Logistics

Main responsibilities:

• Inventory management: Setup and management of inventories and sub-inventories via the internal Oracle system. Order processing and management of part codes. Support with inventory and logistics checks
• Regional Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory through stocking and replenishment orders, managing excess inventory, and assisting with physical inventory checks. Inventory management, including quarterly reviews
• Logistics management: Handling regional logistics as a central contact point for external logistics partners. Responsibilities include warehouse control and support in transport and import/export areas
• Procurement process: Handling the procurement process for regional service providers
• Support the regional management team with data analysis and administrative tasks
• Strategic and analytical collaboration with the global logistics team

Profile:

• You have completed training as a logistics specialist (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics planning
• You have experience in dealing with ERP systems
• You embody commitment, are flexible and demonstrate an independent and responsible way of working

Languages:

Fluent in English and Intermediate German as a minimum
