Key Account Manager – Off-Highway

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with a market leading company in the Automotive and Off-highway industries with a focus on Electromagnetic components and fluid actuator systems.

Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their expanding team, who is passionate about providing the best possible service to their customers.

Reporting line – Sales Director

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of long-term partnerships with strategic customers
  • Acquisition of new strategic customers
  • Creation and implementation of an account strategy for the assigned customers
  • Commercial support for projects from the acquisition phase to series production
  • Expansion and securing of sales and contribution margins
  • Realization of the defined quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Active shaping of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Global contact for the responsible customers

Profile:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales
  • Strong network in Off-Highway markets would be ideal
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomatic skills

Languages:

Fluent in German and English
