Key Account Manager

MasterSearch are currently working with a leading provider of smart and connected embedded control solutions working with over 120,000 customers across a number of exciting industries such as; Industrial, Automotive, Consumer, Aerospace & Defence, Communications and many more.

Our client is looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager to join their Automotive team and take over a number of larger Key Accounts.

Reporting line – Manager of Sales

Main responsibilities:

  • Follow the latest market trends in transportation & automotive industry and identify new fields of play within to engage with the “potential” new clients
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business
  • Create valid business reasons to engage with new sales leads in early sales funnel stages
  • Use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem-solving activities
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Communicate effectively with the product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients
  • Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for the companies solutions within their organization
  • Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across client’s divisions and geographical locations

Profile:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a business and/or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Relevant experience within the automotive industry OR Semiconductor
  • Proven track record of successfully driving design-win closure
  • Proven experience of managing and growing accounts

Languages:

Fluent in German and English
