Account Manager – Automation

MasterSearch are currently working with a manufacturer of electrical drives, motion control, and automation technology.

Our client is looking for an customer-focussed, entrepreneurial, experienced Account Manager to join their team.  This is a great opportunity to be part of dynamic organisation where you will play a key role in continuing rapid growth. In this role, your professional and personal strengths will be in demand when it comes to all aspects of selling drive and control technology solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Finding, identifying, visiting and winning new customers in order to expand the existing customer base; positioning the organisation as the right partner for the customer;
• Knows how to translate information and needs from the market and customers into practical business cases applicable within the drive & control technology and portfolio;
• Has an affinity/interest/knowledge of systems and their digitalization (Industry 4.0);
• Understands what the customer wants to achieve and translates the customer’s needs into a technical solution together in a team of experts.

Profile:

• You have at least a completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation or Software engineering;
• You have knowledge of software engineering and industrial automation;
• You can translate system and application knowledge into practice;
• You take lifelong learning for granted;
• You find multilingual collaboration with the various departments in an international environment inspiring and challenging;
• You know how to achieve results with the available resources and time.

Languages:

Fluent in Dutch and English
