Vice President – Sales and Marketing
MasterSearch are currently working with a global lead within Machine Vision systems and sensors with a revenue of over $650 million worldwide.
My client is looking for a creative and hands-on Vice President to lead the Sales and Marketing across Europe with a team of over 100 employees.
Reporting line – Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
- Lead, develop and grow the current Sales and Marketing organization of over 100 employees
- Drive the business in direct sales, manage productivity and excellence in service in the channel as well as drive growth in the distribution networks
- To develop and maintain key internal relationships with product development, operation teams and other regional sales teams to ensure the sold solution is delivered successfully globally.
- Owning full European P&L including bookings, revenue, gross margin and expenses, budgeting and forecasting
- Providing a constructive problem-solving approach for the team and communication throughout the organisation at various levels
- Bachelors of Science or Engineering degree – MBA Preferred
- Experience with B2B and high tech sales
- Multi-channel sales experience – Direct & Distributor
- At least 10 years’ experience in managing sales teams
