Technical Sales Manager

MasterSearch are currently working with a leading global supplier of advanced wet process solutions for the semiconductor, MEMS, and microstructuring industries. This company is dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and providing innovative technologies.
Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their sales team. In this role you will have the opportunity to independently take care of the company’s existing customers nationally and other regions possible for the right person, as well as the acquisition of new customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Support and development of existing customers both nationally and internationally within the semiconductor industry
- Strategic development and stabilization of relevant customers and markets
- Preparation and implementation of campaigns and concepts to acquire new customers
- Independent preparation of offers, calculations, and presentation of products to customers (in-house or directly)
- Participate in trade fairs or conferences, providing technical advice
- Number-based sales controlling and performance tracking
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and strengthen relationships
- Use negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promote teamwork and collaborate with colleagues and interface departments to achieve sales success.
Profile:
- Strong intercultural communication skills and good business etiquette
- In-depth technical experience in selling complex machines or systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- A completed technical or business degree or further education in the semiconductor industry
- Assertiveness and reliability in dealing with customers and potential new clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Structured, self-reliant, and analytical working style with good foresight
- Professional and confident in providing technical advice
- Team-oriented and able to inspire colleagues and departments for success

Fluent in German and English
