Senior Software Developer – C++

Company:

MasterSearch are currently working with one of the technology leaders for measuring instruments, services and solutions for Industrial process engineering that are looking to rapidly grow the Software department in a friendly, collaborative environment.

My client is looking for a Senior Software Developer with a strong background in C++ and Python to be part of an innovative team.

Main responsibilities:

• Continue growth of software and system concepts respecting guidelines of requirement and functional specification
• Development of system and software design based on project requirements
• Implementation of algorithms in C++ code and transferring to embedded systems meeting the functionality, modularity, test suitability and test specifications.
• Creation of associated software, system and test specifications

Profile:

• Graduate in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering, physics or comparable studies
• Strong background in software development using C++, ideally with experience in development of software design for embedded systems
• Know-how in modelling, structuring and defining soft-/hardware systems and their condition
• Ideally know-how in designing and interpreting of real-time systems as well as one scripting language (i.e. Python)
• High analytical skills and pronounced creativity
• Ability to create documents in both German and English
