Sales Manager – Austria & Eastern Europe

MasterSearch are currently working with an international leader in innovative Hydraulic technology for various industries such as; On- & Off-Highway, Machinery, Industrial, Energy, plus more.
Our client is looking for a Customer focused, ambitious Sales Manager to be responsible for Austria & surrounding Eastern European countries. You will be tasked with managing and building stronger relationships with current customers as well as winning new business across the region!
Main responsibilities:
- Establishment and expansion of strategically important OEM customers from the agricultural and municipal technology, mining, material handling and selected industrial machinery segments in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia
- Management and support of their partner in Poland
- Independent conduct of price and contract negotiations
- Project processing in close cooperation with Project Engineering and their Competence Centers (sales administration, product management, etc.) from Germany, Switzerland and Italy
Profile:
- Comprehensive knowledge in the above-mentioned application areas
- At least five years of sales experience in field sales
- High affinity for technology and mobile hydraulics
- Confident demeanour, persuasiveness and negotiating skills for continuous sales success
- High willingness to travel
- Healthy ambition and a certain amount of persistence
- Place of residence is ideally in the Linz region (Austria)

Fluent in German and English
