Key Account Manager

MasterSearch are currently working with one of the leading solution providers in the global video surveillance industry with over 10,000 employees worldwide.

Our client is looking for a positive, ambitious Key Account Manager to be responsible for managing the existing customers across Germany.

Reporting line – Country Manager

Main responsibilities:

• You regularly visit our existing customers (installers for security technology, system integrators) in order to further increase customer loyalty
• To make contact with new security technology installers and system integrators in your region and develop these new customers.
• You will work closely with the distributors and jointly develop strategies for regional growth
• To develop and win projects together with the distributors in your region
• Pass on feedback to the distributors and support them in continuous improvement
• You will also observe the market and competitive situation and derive recommendations for your own activities
• Continuously monitor the security market in order to determine customer needs, sales potential, prices and competitive advantages

Profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering or similar is ideal
• Several years of technical sales experience in the areas of CCTV / Video, security technology or network technology, as well as successful negotiation skills and a strong commercial understanding
• Positive attitude with the ambition to achieve the agreed goals
• Strong communication skills within a multicultural environment
• High level of self-organization
• Willingness to travel across Germany
