Industrial Engineer

MasterSearch are currently working with a leader in sensor technology with more than 30 subsidiaries globally who focus on developing intelligent factory and process automation solutions.

My client is looking for a committed and passionate Industrial Engineer to focus on Mechatronic systems, to help strengthen the team with specialist knowledge.

Reporting line – Head of Research & Development and Production

Main responsibilities:

• Development and documentation of circuits, control cabinets and other mechatronic systems
• Construction and commissioning of the controls and all components (control cabinets, cabling, safety devices, PLC, motor controls, actuators, sensors)
• Electrical planning including Pneumatics
• Implementation of the required PLC programs

Profile:

• A qualification as a technician, Bachelor’s degree or similar as well as a qualification as an electrician
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in electrical planning with EPlan, in the construction of control cabinets and in PLC programming (Codesys)
• Knowledge of the CE / Machinery Directive
• A solution and goal-oriented way of thinking as well as a strong hands-on mentality

Languages:

Good knowledge in German and English
