MasterSearch are currently working with the European subsidiary company of a leading international manufacturer for the Semiconductor Industry for Wet Clean/ Etch, Anneal and Coat/ Develop Tracks equipment that has over 3000 employees Worldwide.
Our client is looking for an Sales / Account Manager to join their incredible European Sales Team.
Reporting line – Sales Director Europe
Main responsibilities:
- Identifies customer needs and develops and implements sales strategies
- Communicates and presents product roadmaps and capabilities to customers
- Responsible for planned, systematic and pro-active equipment sales activities
- Builds and strengthens relationships across all levels of our customer organizations
- Organizes and performs presentations, leads customer meetings, reports and follows-up
- Works closely with both customer and the Technology & Product Engineering team
- Provides and negotiates quotations in close collaboration with the Account Management
Profile:
- Willingness to travel 50% of the work time
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
- Strong logical thinking skills and creativity in generating customer solutions
- Strong business sense and excellent communication skills, gained through 5+ years of experience in a sales role within the semiconductor industry
- Ability to keep high motivation and dedication to deliver results and reach objectives in an international environment
Languages:
Fluent in English is a must. Local language also required depending on above locations
